It also has free parking for each guest. All bills are included and both bedrooms are set up as kingsize beds; however, can be changed to twin rooms at your request. We have 2 bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite. There is also an outdoor patio space. We can accommodate stays from a few weeks to several months at a time. The apartment is professionally cleaned to ensure cleanliness and additional cleans during stays can be requested. Linen and towels are provided upon arrival, along with all the kitchen amenities, making your stay a home any from home. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
